Little bit about me Ina — Gelatiera
I obtained the title of Ice Cream Maker at the Castalimenti Accademy by participating in the Advanced Training Course for Ice Cream Maker. Creative and with an innate culinary streak, I have been dedicating myself for over 30 years to my passion for pastry and ice cream.
My aim is to make a natural and good ice cream!
I love granita, so this year I accepted another challenge: I made 6 flavors of granita following the traditional recipe. It gave me a great satisfaction!
